Full job description: Social Media Content Creator

Zoni Social Media Content Creators are creative creators who create and share content intended to educate and entertain our audience on all social media platforms. They are experts who play a crucial role in ensuring that our brand image is trending, well organized and well received across all social channels. They have a keen eye for detail, great passion for social media, content creation, digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to make a positive impact.

• Create engaging on-brand social media content
• Create engaging video and photo content to support all social channels
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns. Work closely with cross functional teams to execute successful content campaigns
• Create strategies to increase engagement and followers across social media including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
• Contribute creatively and deliver projects on a deadline
• Lead a well-organized content program across social channels and grow into other content marketing channels
• Maintain a consistent brand image across all social media platforms
• Stay up to date on trending topics, identify relevant content specific to our audience
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
• Work with cross functional teams to enhance the content
• Additional responsibilities as directed

In-person

Associate degree, Bachelor's preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Must have expertise in Adobe, After Effects, commercial video production
Strong experience creating, and growing a social media community
Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Well-organized
Attention to Detail
Precision and attention to detail in coding and design implementation.
Highly flexible and collaborative working extensively with other teams
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas

6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) per shift
Alternate week schedule:
Week 1: 8:30am to 2:30pm
Week 2: 2:30pm to 8:30pm

Break timing:
3 breaks, 2 of 10min and 1 of 20min totaling 40 minutes
Saturdays fixed schedule from 10 am to 4 pm with regular break
